About Volunteering with the TicketCity Bowl:
The backbone of any college football bowl game is the volunteer corps, which staffs the many committees that are needed to assure a first-class experience for the visiting participating teams that venture to the host city. Members of those committees, whose primary duties are hospitality and event management, are the bowl’s front-line “troops” when it comes to entertaining the college presidents, athletic directors, football coaches, university administrators, and student-athletes during their stay.
The number one mission of the TicketCity Bowl is to rapidly climb to the top in reputation when it comes to hosting. All efforts will be made to show the individuals involved with the two participating schools the most pleasant and enjoyable possible experience when compared to other bowls in which they may have participated. Volunteers become part of a very important team, and many life-long friendships are made through membership….both with fellow committee members and with visitors from the two universities. It is truly a fun and rewarding time.
